Beneficiary selection criteria

A potential beneficiary must be a citizen of Georgia, a woman between the ages of 18 and 60. As of the enactment date, which is September 27, 2023, she must own or co-own up to 5,000 square meters of land registered in the National Agency of Public Registry. Alternatively, after the enactment date, she must register land for the first time or update information that will determine whether she meets the eligibility criteria for the program.

Priority will be given to applicants who have:

• socially vulnerable status
• have minor children
• submitted their application earliest
