Beneficiary selection criteria

The potential beneficiary can be a citizen of Georgia, an adult woman not older than 60 years, who must own land plot(s) of not more than 5,000 square meters registered as his ownership and/or co-ownership in the National Agency of Public Registry  as of the date of entry into force of the Decree, and/or after the entry into force of this Decree he/she shall carry out the initial registration of the land plot(s) or specifying the type of information that will identify whether a potential beneficiary meets the selection criteria of the Program.

During the review of applications, priority will be given to those potential beneficiaries who:

• hold the socially vulnerable status;
• have minor child(ren);
• have submitted the application the earliest.
