N(N)LE - Rural Development Agency announces a vacancy for the position of lawyer in the Legal Support Service of the Legal Department.

Location: Tbilisi, Akhmeteli St. 10a

Salary: 1,876 GEL (net)

Work schedule: 09:00-18:00 standard. Remote/hybrid work is not considered.

Responsibilities:

Preparing drafts of investment, project, grant, loan, and other types of co-financing agreements related to the agency's activities.
Preparing founding documents, orders, regulations, instructions, and other regulatory documentation.
Reviewing, studying, analyzing, and submitting recommendations on legal issues and legislative changes related to the agency's activities to management.
Preparing issues and relevant records for consideration by the agency's board.
Carrying out other instructions and tasks from the management related to the agency's activities within the scope of competence.

Qualifications:

Higher legal education.
5 years of work experience.
Knowledge of the English language.

Other requirements:

High sense of responsibility.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to plan and conduct internal communication.
Problem analysis skills.
