Rural Development Agency announces a vacancy for the position of Beneficiary Monitoring Specialist in the Imereti region (Kutaisi office).

Salary: 1,880 GEL (net)

Working hours: 09:00–18:00

Responsibilities:

Monitoring of selected project sites.
Collecting and analysing preliminary information about selected sites prior to field visits.
Recording the actual situation observed during site visits and the information provided by the beneficiary in the monitoring report.
Reviewing and analysing expenditure supporting documents submitted by beneficiaries.
Discussing monitoring results with the supervisor.
Preparing reports on work results.
Performing other tasks and instructions related to the role, within the scope of competence.

Qualification Requirements:

Higher education.
At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a similar position.
Proficiency in computer office programs.

Additional Requirements:

High sense of responsibility.
Attention to detail.
Time management skills.
Ability to plan and manage communication effectively.
Problem identification and analytical skills.
