The agency is authorized to monitor the agricultural activities of a legal entity with the status of an agricultural cooperative.

If the agricultural cooperative fails to receive a written notification about the monitoring of its agricultural activity at its legal address twice or the addressee refuses to deliver this notification, the agency will publish notification in public. A written notice shall be deemed delivered to the addressee on the 30th day after its public publication.
