International exhibition - Riga Food 2024

The "Riga Food 2024" international exhibition will be held on September 5-7, 2024 in the city of Riga, Latvia.
More than 400 companies from 30 countries are participating in the exhibition, including 9 national pavilions.
The International Exhibition "Riga Food" is one of the largest food industry exhibitions in the Baltic States.
Each exhibitor will have the opportunity to create their profile in the B2B Marketplace and schedule face-to-face meetings with business representatives.
Under the organization of N(N)LE - Rural Development Agency, companies producing food and/or beverage products will be able to participate in the exhibition.
In order to participate in the exhibition selection contest, a candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Products produced should comply with the content of the international exhibition;
- Should not have violated the terms of the agreement while participating in the international exhibitions held during the previous calendar year;
- Should have no ongoing court, enforcement, or other legal proceedings/dispute with the Agency;
- You must have no tax debt owed to the government (unless the payment of the tax debt owed to the government is deferred or the obligation to pay it is suspended by law).
In case of complying with compliance criteria, the evaluation will be done by assigning points to the relevant indicators:

To participate in the exhibition selection competition, you need to register on the website, fill out an electronic application, and upload the following documents:
- Copy of ID document of the authorized individual;
- Extract from the Registry of Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities;
- Reference from LEPL – Revenue Service on the absence of debt;
- Document proving the annual turnover for the previous calendar year of the beneficiary, issued by the LEPL Revenue Service;
- Certificate of international food safety management systems/standards (if any);
- Document proving the export procedures (if any);
- Other additional documentation if required by the Agency.
For participation in international exhibition your evaluation should not be at least 3.5 points. In case of equal points, the principle of order will apply when selecting companies.
In case of your compliance with relevant terms of the program, the information on preparation of an agreement will be submitted to you by the Agency.
Note: Depending on the specifics of the exhibition, the selected participants may have to pay for the services of an interpreter at their own expense. In this regard, the participants will be informed after the completion of the selection process.
