International Exhibition - U.S. Private Label Trade Show 2025_en

The U.S. Private Label Trade Show will be held in Chicago, USA, from November 16 to 18, 2025.
Last year, the exhibition recorded a record number of participants—more than 1,800 companies from over 60 countries. This event provides interested parties with access to the private label trade industries in the U.S. and Canada. Detailed information can be found on the exhibition's official website.
Organized by the Rural Development Agency (RDA), only processing companies that produce food and/or beverage products will be eligible to participate in the exhibition.
In order to participate in the exhibition selection contest, a candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Products produced should comply with the content of the international exhibition;
- Should not have violated the terms of the agreement while participating in the international exhibitions held during the previous calendar year;
- Should have no ongoing court, enforcement, or other legal proceedings/dispute with the Agency;
- You must have no tax debt owed to the government (unless the payment of the tax debt owed to the government is deferred or the obligation to pay it is suspended by law).
In case of complying with compliance criteria, the evaluation will be done by assigning points to the relevant indicators:

To participate in the exhibition selection competition, you need to register on the website, fill out an electronic application, and upload the following documents:
- Copy of ID document of the authorized individual;
- Extract from the Registry of Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities;
- Reference from LEPL – Revenue Service on the absence of debt;
- Document proving the annual turnover for the previous calendar year of the beneficiary, issued by the LEPL Revenue Service;
- Certificate of international food safety management systems/standards (if any);
- Document proving the export procedures (if any);
- Other additional documentation if required by the Agency.
For participation in international exhibition your evaluation should not be at least 3.5 points. In case of equal points, the principle of order will apply when selecting companies.
In case of your compliance with relevant terms of the program, the information on preparation of an agreement will be submitted to you by the Agency.
After successfully passing the competition, it is mandatory to become a member of the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA), for which the appropriate form is filled and sent to the said organization. Association membership fee is 1,500 euros per year. The representative of the agency will provide additional information to the selected participants.
