If you want to start an entrepreneurial activity in mountainous regions, you have the opportunity to receive state co-financing.

The purpose of the program for promotion of entrepreneurial activity in mountainous regions is to support the development of private sector and creation of new jobs, stimulation of growth of young entrepreneurs and economic activities in mountainous regions through co-financing.

Both, agricultural and nonagricultural entrepreneurial activities will be financed within the scopes of the Program, providing the purchase/creation of permanent assets (purchase and installation of machinery / equipment and construction / repair works of facilities) and financing of specialized types of vehicles needed for production.

Co-financing per potential beneficiary should amount no less than 30,000 GEL and not exceeding 100,000 GEL, but no more than 50% of total cost of the project submitted.

Co-financing for potential beneficiary individual entrepreneur whose age for the time of submitting the application to the Agency is: in case of men – from 18 to 35 years inclusive, and in case of women – from 18 to 40 inclusive, as well as for cooperatives with agricultural statues amounts to no less than 30,000 GEL and not exceeding 100,000 GEL, but no more than 60% of total cost of the project submitted.

Total cost of the project submitted through the application should not exceed 500,000 GEL for the time of application submission.
