At the international agricultural exhibition Foodex Saudi held in Saudi Arabia, Georgia had its own stand
With the support of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture and organized by the Rural Development Agency, ten Georgian companies showcased their locally produced agricultural products to visitors at the international agricultural exhibition Foodex Saudi, held in Riyadh.
The opening of the exhibition was attended by the First Deputy Director of the Rural Development Agency, Giorgi Fantsulaia.
"With the support of the Rural Development Agency, ten Georgian companies are participating in the exhibition. Presenting Georgian products at international exhibitions significantly contributes to the expansion of awareness and, consequently, the growth of export potential," stated the First Deputy Director of the Rural Development Agency, Giorgi Fantsulaia.
At Georgia's stand, the products of companies such as Agroqiziki, Aqua Geo, Georgian Hazelnut Corporation, Achinebuli, Kula, Agrolane, Agritouch, Geofarms, and Aroma Products were presented, including nuts, blueberries, water, dried fruit, frozen lamb meat, and organic juices.
Foodex Saudi is one of the largest exhibitions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This year, the exhibition was held for the eleventh time, with the participation of around 50 countries and 500 local and international companies. Participants and visitors of the exhibition had the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in agriculture and the food industry, as well as the modern technologies and equipment introduced by leading companies.
