In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Georgian national pavilion was presented at the international exhibition Foodex Saudi 2025

With the support of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture and organized by the Rural Development Agency, the Georgian national pavilion was arranged at the international agricultural exhibition Foodex Saudi 2025 in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on September 21–24.

Six Georgian companies participated in the international exhibition: “AgroKiziki,” “Hobi,” “Achinebuli,” “Aromaproduct,” “Georgian Hazelnut Corporation,” and “Barambo.” The products presented by these companies at the exhibition included chilled lamb meat, honey, organic juices, hazelnuts, and various types of sweets.

Foodex Saudi is one of the largest exhibitions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where representatives of the food and beverage sector from more than 50 countries participate. The exhibition is attended by more than 500 local and international companies.

“We help Georgian producers present their products in important markets for them; that is why we are in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia—one of the most powerful economies in the Middle East—at the international exhibition Foodex Saudi 2025,” stated Nika Urushadze, Acting Deputy Director of the Rural Development Agency.

According to the Ambassador of Georgia to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Nikoloz Revazishvili, the international exhibition Foodex Saudi 2025 is one of the largest exhibitions not only in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia but also in the entire Gulf region.

“Georgian companies have the opportunity to establish direct contact with local partners and discuss the possibilities of increasing the import of Georgian products into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is important for further deepening trade and economic relations,” noted the Ambassador of Georgia to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Nikoloz Revazishvili.
