Receiving applications for participation in the programme will begin at 12:00 PM on July 30 of the current year.

Application submission will continue:

• In the case of funding for primary milk production – until the budget (3 million GEL) is exhausted
• In the case of funding for greenhouses and solar power plants – until 6:00 PM on August 30.

Within the framework of the programme, funding will be provided for both the launch of new activities and the expansion/modernization of existing ones in the following directions:

• Primary milk production – co-financing for the construction of buildings (animal stalls) and small equipment necessary for farm arrangement;
• Installation of solar power plants with a capacity of no less than 2 and no more than 4 kW;
• Alternative activities for youth – funding for the arrangement of a greenhouse not exceeding 200 sq.m.

Participation is available to local residents of municipalities within the regions of Samtskhe-Javakheti, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, and Imereti: men aged 18–35 and women aged 18–40.
