Farmers got acquainted with the details of the programs envisaged by the anti-crisis plan in Shida Kartli region
The relevant services of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, together with the state Governors, hold meetings in the regions and inform the farmers about the details of the programs envisaged by the anti-crisis plan.
Mr. Giorgi Khojevanishvili, the Governor of the region, and Ms. Natalia Kharatishvili, the Head of the Operational Department of the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency held meeting with the farmers in Shida Kartli region.
Ms. Natalia Kharatishvili spoke about both direct and sectoral programs developed within the framework of the agricultural anti-crisis plan "Care for Villages and Farmers" and introduced to the farmers the importance of the program and technical details that farmers should know to benefit from the program.
As Mr. Giorgi Khojevanishvili, the Governor of the region, noted, it is important that as many farmers as possible benefit from the support that the state offers them. The anti-crisis plan for agriculture envisages a number of programs. In case of involvement in the program, the farmer will receive from 850 to 1700 GEL for 1 hectare of registered land.
The presentation of the agricultural anti-crisis plan "Care for Village and Farmers" will be held in all regions of Georgia.
