The program provided subsidies for the cost of agricultural goods and plowing services. In order to receive the subsidy provided by the program, individuals and legal entities had to own 0.25 to 10 hectares of agricultural land registered in the public register, the amount of subsidy per 1 hectare of land was set at 200 GEL (with 200 points accrued on the agricultural card). Points could be used to buy agricultural goods in specialty stores.

As of June 30, 2021, 259,509 farmers had accrued agrochemicals under the program. The amount of the accrued subsidy is GEL 33,306,118, of which GEL 31,273,790 has already been cashed in 449 specialized trade outlets.
