Those wishing to participate in programs/projects must submit applications only in Georgian.

Terms of program and subsidy  amount

In accordance with the program, the amount of the subsidy shall be determined under the following terms: 

- In case the beneficiary is the owner or/and user or/and factual user of hazelnut orchard(s) with total area from 0.2ha to 3 ha, the amount of the subsidy through calculation per 1 ha land shall be defined at 500 GEL or/and points, through calculation per 1 ha of hazelnut orchard for each beneficiary;

- If beneficiary is the co-owner or/and co-user or/and factual co-user of hazelnut orchard(s) with total area from 0.2ha to 3 ha, the amount of the subsidy through calculation per 1 ha land shall be defined at 500 GEL or/and points, through calculation per 1 ha of hazelnut orchard, in total for such beneficiaries;

- In case the beneficiary (beneficiaries) owns the hazelnut orchard(s) both in ownership and in coownership, the sum total of area of owned and co-owned hazelnut orchard(s) shall not be taken into consideration during the calculation of subsidy, and such beneficiaries will receive the subsidy amounts separately, in accordance with the program terms.

1. In case of co-owned or/and co-used or/and factual co-owned hazelnut orchard(s) the subsidy will be issued to one of the co-owners / co-user or/and factual co-owner,  after submitting the confirming document certified by notary in accordance with the legislation of Georgia to the bank, proving his/her authority to receive and dispose subsidy under the program on behalf of co-owners or the document signed by all co-owners or/and co-users or/and factual co-owners, the content of such document and authenticity of signatures will be the responsibility of co-owner or/and co-user or/and factual co-owner submitting the document and proving his/her authority to receive and dispose subsidy under the program on behalf of co-owners or/and co-users or/and factual co-owners.

Registration in hazelnut orchard cadastral registry or registration data cannot influence on recognition of ownership or other rights with regard to immovable property or/and registration to the Public Registry, as well as on origination of ownership or any other legal rights.
