In Imereti, Guria and Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti regions, the beneficiaries of the Rural Development Agency were trained in the agro-technology matters of blueberry production

The two-day training supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Program Farmer to Farmer (F2F), was conducted by Nino Adams, an international expert invited from the United States.

Theoretical and practical training included modern agro-technological measures for blueberry production, including garden management, pruning/formation and pest control methods, treatment schemes, and harvest preservation technologies.

This year, with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Program Farmer to Farmer (F2F), about 100 farmers were trained in blueberry production matters.
