The hotline of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture is 10 years old

Hotline ensures 24-hours uninterrupted primary consultation to concerned parties and, through telephone and online services provides the information about the about the activities, services and programs of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, and its affiliated agencies.

Since the first call taken in February 2013, more than 800,000 calls have been made to the Ministry's hotline, both by telephone and online up to date.

It is noteworthy to point out that united platform has been created for proper operation of the hotline, through the mentioned platform the operators are able to find and provide information easily and quickly. Systemic evaluation of ongoing processes and development/implementation of standards for further enhancement are carried out on the basis of special program. Quality management control systems are continuously being strengthened.

Requalification of employees is carried out through special trainings. Among them, it is worth to note the sectoral trainings on the basic principles of food safety and animal health organized by the American organization Land O'Lakes Venture 37 within the scopes of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) project.

Internship program is implemented in hotline service that is the real opportunity of employment for successful interns.
