On the initiative of the Prime Minister, the state program for the promotion of the owners of agricultural plots of land was launched on May 10 of this year. Within the framework of the program, the owner/co-owner of the land from 0.25 ha to 1.25 ha received a subsidy at the rate of 300 GEL per 1 ha.

Within the framework of the state program for the promotion of agricultural land owners, small land farmers purchased agricultural goods worth 35,752,914 GEL.

The program includes more than 500 specialized stores across Georgia, where farmers could cash in agro points and purchase goods until November 30 of this year.
