Within the framework of United Agroproject, farmer has purchased agricultural technique 

In March, 2018, adding a new subcomponent to the Preferential Agro Credit Project by the State, has simplified the opportunity of purchasing of agricultural technique for entrepreneurs and farmers. At present, 69 Agro credits with total sum amounting to GEL 1,660,197.63 and 1 Agro leasing with total sum amounting to GEL 1,499,830.69 have been issued. The beneficiary of Preferential Agro Credit Project, Alaverdi Ltd, has received the Preferential Agro Credit amounting to GEL 115,000 in order to purchase a new tractor, plough, cultivator and mordanting machine, for a farmstead located at 20 ha plot of land in Zemo-Khodasheni Village, Akhmeta Region. The manager of the Preferential Agro Credit Project of the Agricultural Projects Management Agency, Valeri Kvachrelisvili, together with representatives of the local self-government, has visited the sight to see the agricultural technique purchased by the company. The new subcomponent to the Preferential Agro Credit Project implies a preferential agro credit to purchase agricultural technique and/or implement and a preferential agro leasing for agricultural mechanization (for funding technique and/or implement). Within the framework of Produce in Georgia Business, Agricultural Projects Management Agency is implementing the United Agro Project which is designated for a long-term development and the aim of which is to create circumstances which will support to increase competitiveness in agriculture, stable growth of product manufacturing and introduction of international standards of food safety.
