Eligibility Criteria for Potential Beneficiaries

A potential beneficiary is a person who, in the regions of Imereti and/or Guria, has established a farming enterprise under the State Programme of Dairy Modernization and Market Access (DiMMA), a greenhouse farm under the Pilot Program for Women, a processing and/or storage enterprise under the Co-financing of Processing and Storage Enterprises, or has established a processing and/or storage enterprise, and/or a livestock farm (cattle and/or small ruminants), and/or a greenhouse farm under the Preferential Agrocredit Project.

The project submitted by the potential beneficiary under the program, for which assistance will be granted, must be confirmed in written form by the respective municipal city halls, verifying that the specific facility was damaged as a result of the heavy snowfall in February of the current year in the regions of Guria and Imereti.

A potential beneficiary of the program who wishes to receive assistance for the project submitted in the application must submit to the Agency, no later than March 30 of the current year, a certificate confirming the existence of the respective facility in the region of Imereti and/or Guria. In the case of the Preferential Agrocredit Project, the existence of the respective facility may be confirmed by the Agency itself.
