List of documents to be submitted

In order to participate in the Program, the potential beneficiary must submit to the Agency:

• Application form;
• A copy of the identity card and/or representative authority document of the potential beneficiary and/or the authorized person;
• Invoice and/or contract for the goods/services to be purchased in Georgian language and/or its notarized translation, which must include the obligation to install the greenhouse and the following information:
  • Details of the parties;
  • The land plot area, on which the greenhouse is planned to be arranged and the cadastral code of the land plot;
  • The materials required for the greenhouse, unit price, total cost, currency;
  • Installation completion date;
  • Settlement procedures;
• Bank details;
• Extract from the National Agency of Public Registry on the ownership/co-ownership of the plot of land;
• Certificate issued by the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry (As of September 27, 2023) on the total area of agricultural lands owned/co-owned by the potential beneficiary; (Template)

Note: In order to participate in the Program, potential beneficiary must own land plot(s) of not more than 5,000 square meters registered as his ownership and/or co-ownership in the National Agency of Public Registry  

• Document confirming the amount of co-participation - certificate/extract from the financial institution on the availability of the relevant amount in the account and/or the certificate on approval of loan from the financial institution;
• Certificate confirming the status of a socially vulnerable person (if any).
• Copy(s) of the birth certificate(s) of the child (children) (if any).
• Other documentation requested by the Agency.
