N(N)LE - Rural Development Agency announces a vacancy for the position of a Specialist at the Beneficiaries Monitoring Service.

Location:  Zugdidi (office), Samegrelo

Salary:  1,700 GEL (net)

Work schedule:  09:00–18:00

 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Monitoring of selected sites.
• Prior to monitoring visits, collection and analysis of preliminary information about the selected sites.
• During field visits, documenting the observed situation and the information received from the beneficiary in the monitoring report.
• Discussing the results of the monitoring with the supervisor.
• Preparing reports on the results of the activity.
• In case of detecting violations, preparing the issue for discussion at the commission.
• Preparing a written request for documentation to the beneficiary.
• Carrying out other tasks and instructions related to the activity within the scope of competence, as assigned by the management.

 

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education.
• Work experience in a similar position – preferred.
• Knowledge of computer office programs.

 

Other requirements:

• High sense of responsibility.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to plan and conduct communication.
• Problem analysis skills.

 

Competition stages:

• CV screening;
• Interview.
