The Rural Development Agency announces a vacancy for the position of Hotline Operator.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Digomi Massif

Salary: 1250 GEL (net)

Work schedule: 6 days a week, 6 hours a day between 09:00–21:00 – according to the schedule developed by the supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serving/consulting citizens in compliance with telephone service standards;
• Timely and adequate response to incoming calls;
• Providing comprehensive answers to citizens’ questions (identifying problems, analyzing, and providing assistance), redirecting calls if necessary;
• Making outgoing calls if necessary regarding telephone surveys;
• Recording each call in the contact center database (CRM) with the appropriate status and informational accuracy.

 

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Work experience in a hotline and knowledge of English and/or Russian language(s) will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of computer office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express).

• Ability to speak fluently;
• Knowledge of computer office programs;
• Attentive to details;
• Ability to plan and/or conduct internal communication;
• Ability to manage time properly;
• Ability to behave adequately in stressful situations;
• Ability to analyze problems.
