Rural Development Agency announces a vacancy for the position of Beneficiary Monitoring Specialist in the Imereti region (Kutaisi office).

Salary: 1,880 GEL (net)

Working hours: 09:00–18:00

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of selected project sites.
• Collecting and analysing preliminary information about selected sites prior to field visits.
• Recording the actual situation observed during site visits and the information provided by the beneficiary in the monitoring report.
• Reviewing and analysing expenditure supporting documents submitted by beneficiaries.
• Discussing monitoring results with the supervisor.
• Preparing reports on work results.
• Performing other tasks and instructions related to the role, within the scope of competence.
  
  

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education.
• At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a similar position.
• Proficiency in computer office programs.

• High sense of responsibility.
• Attention to detail.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to plan and manage communication effectively.
• Problem identification and analytical skills.
