A natural juice production facility created with the support of the Rural Development Agency exports to 40 countries
The organic juice factory "Georgias Natural" was established with the financial support of the Rural Development Agency. A total investment of 8 million GEL has been made in the enterprise; among them, 6.9 million GEL is Preferential Agrocredit, and 500,000 GEL is a grant co-financing. The enterprise, which processes more than 3,000 tons of fruits and vegetables annually, employs 60 people permanently. The products are sold both on the local market and exported to 40 countries worldwide.
The Director of the Rural Development Agency, Giorgi Darchia, along with the State Representative of the Kakheti region, Giorgi Aladashvili, visited the organic juice factory "Georgias Natural" operating in the Kvareli municipality.
"The organic juice factory 'Georgias Natural' is one of the successful beneficiaries of the Rural Development Agency of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture. This is confirmed by the fact that a factory established with state support supplies premium quality fruit and vegetable juices to such developed markets as Japan, the United States, Arab countries, and European Union countries," said the Director of the Rural Development Agency, Giorgi Darchia.
It is noteworthy that within the framework of the co-financing program for processing and storage enterprises of the Rural Development Agency, the establishment of 270 enterprises across Georgia has been co-financed with more than 126 million GEL.
