With the support of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture and organized by the Rural Development Agency, a Georgian national pavilion was presented for the first time at the international exhibition SIAL SHENZHEN in Shenzhen, China.

“At the Georgian stand, which is being presented for the first time at the international exhibition in Shenzhen, six Georgian companies are showcasing their products. We hope that they will succeed in the business negotiations planned during the exhibition. The Rural Development Agency will continue its active support to represent our companies and farmers in the best way possible,” said Natalia Kharatishvili, Deputy Director of the Rural Development Agency.

The companies participating in the international exhibition included LLC NUTSGE, LLC Nuts Incorporated, R/C Ruispiri, LLC Aqua Geo, LLC Geonaturals, and LLC Vinitori Mukuzani Winery. Visitors had the opportunity to see Georgian products such as hazelnuts, walnuts, wine, water, and canned goods.

In 2024, SIAL SHENZHEN hosted over 15,000 companies from around 45 countries, with about 25 international pavilions presented. The exhibition attracted more than 67,000 visitors from over 70 countries.

It is worth noting that, in addition to Shenzhen, SIAL exhibitions are held in cities such as Paris, Montreal, Toronto, Shanghai, New Delhi, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta. SIAL exhibitions have been held in China since 2000.
