In order to improve the service standard, more than 30 employees of the Information Department attended at the training. The training included the issues of the presentation and storytelling techniques, also familiarization with the conflict prevention and management methods.

The training conducted with the support of the mutual initiative of the European Union (EU) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) "Innovative project of the European Union for the competitiveness of the private sector in Georgia".

Should be noted, that the Information Department of the Rural Development Agency (hotline 1501) provides the information about the activities, services and programs of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture and the included agencies  continuously, during 24 hours a day, through the telephone/online services.
