In the village of Zoti, Chokhatauri municipality, with the support of the state, the agricultural cooperative "Ulevela" established a milk processing enterprise equipped with modern standards.

Within the framework of the state program for the promotion of cooperatives, milk receiving and processing equipment worth 130,000 GEL was given to the cooperative with 95% co-financing, and within the framework of the technical assistance program, the HACCP system was implemented. The cooperative also took part in the preferential agrocredit project.

"Ulevela" cooperative enterprise can process 45 tons of milk per year. Products are sold in the local market. The agricultural cooperative unites 40 local members.

The creation of 29 mimilk-processingooperative enterprises was financed by the Rural Development Agency within the framework of the state program for the support of milk-processing agricultural cooperatives.
