Beneficiaries of United Agroproject Grant Programs To Be Delivered Training on Export and Marketing
In Batumi, the beneficiaries of the United Agroproject Grant Program of Agricultural Projects Management Agency will be trained in export and marketing issues.
The training course for the beneficiaries will be delivered by the former Minister of Agriculture of Serbia, Ms. Ivanna Dulich-Markovich together with the international experts group. During the training, the participants will be able to get acquainted with the possibilities of agroproducts having the export potentiality with regard to the niche markets; the beneficiaries will receive information on the EU requirements on export of agricultural products that implies the sanitation, phytosanitary and environmental issues.
The training is co-financed by USAID/REAP and it involves 20 beneficiaries.Within the framework of the project Produce in Georgia - For Rapid Development, APMA is implementing the United Agroproject, which is designed for long-term development and aims to create an environment that will promote the increase of competitiveness in agriculture, stable growth of high quality products, introduction of the international food safety standards.
