With the support of the state, the Xornabuji Ltd built a modern refrigeration farm in Tsnori. A total of GEL 1,500,000 was invested in the construction of this enterprise, GEL 656,000 of which was granted to the beneficiary as a preferential agrocredit and GEL 525,000 - as a state grant.

The refrigeration farm can store up to 360 tons of fruits and vegetables on average per year. The company employs 10 locals permanently

Ilia Tamarashvili, Director at Agricultural and Rural Development Agency along with Kakheti Governor Irakli Kadagishvili and local self-government representatives inspected the enterprise and got acquainted with the production process.

In 2020, the government will help implement the International Food Safety Standard HACCP to the Ltd Xornabuji.

74 new enterprises have been opened in Kakheti region with the help of the state within the United Agroproject. Agricultural and Rural Development Agency implements the United Agroproject, which is designed for long-term development and aims to create an environment conducive to increasing competitiveness in agriculture, steady growth of high-quality production and implementation of international food safety standards.
