Terms and conditions for participation in the program

A citizen of Georgia or an individual/legal entity registered as an entrepreneur in Georgia, where the state does not own shares/stock/equity, is eligible to participate in the program.

Purchases made within the program must be conducted from an individual entrepreneur or legal entity registered according to Georgian legislation or through import.

The beehive must have identifiable information (a unique number) marked on it.

The unique number must consist of the supplier's (manufacturer/retailer) identification number and the corresponding number. For example: Identification Number - 1, Identification Number - 2, and so on, based on the number of beehives to be purchased by each potential beneficiary.

The unique number must be marked on the beehive in such a way that the number is fully legible and cannot be altered due to external influences or factors.

The number of beehives requested under the program must not exceed 150% of the number of bee colonies registered in the potential beneficiary's apiary in the National Animal Identification and Traceability System (NAITS) at the time of application.
