“Farmer’s Day 2026” to be Held on September 19

At the initiative of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture and organized by the Rural Development Agency, “Farmer’s Day 2026” will be held on September 19.

As part of the event, representatives of the agricultural sector who have made an outstanding contribution to the development of agriculture will be awarded.

On September 19, from 12:00 PM, guests at the Tbilisi Open Air Museum of Ethnography will have the opportunity to explore a variety of engaging and thematic spaces.

One of the highlights of the event will be specially arranged pavilions, where representatives of Georgia’s agricultural sector will showcase their products and introduce guests to a diverse range of high-quality agri-food products.

Guests will also have the opportunity to learn about the agricultural services offered by agencies under the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture to farmers and representatives of agribusiness.

Culinary masterclasses will be held with the participation of a professional chef.

A children’s area will be arranged for younger guests, featuring a variety of activities.

The aim of “Farmer’s Day” is to once again highlight the important role of farmers in the country’s economy, the strengthening of regions, and the development of the agricultural sector.
