"In Kvemo Kartli region, as well as in all other regions of the country, the agro-diesel program is running smoothly. Across Georgia, more than 66,000 beneficiaries have already received more than 21,000 tons of diesel fuel discount cards. According to Mr. Kakha Koberidze, Deputy Governor of Kvemo Kartli Region, farmers in the region are actively involved in the program.

Within the framework of the agro-diesel support program, discount cards are issued to farmers in stages, both in the Public Service Halls and public centers (with the principle of pre-booking a visit on my.gov.ge), as well as in the information-consulting centers in the regional offices and municipalities of the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency; Liberty Bank branches also issue agro-diesel discount cards.

Under the program, in order to maintain the organized service process of farmers at gas stations, the rule is in force, by which all farmers will be able to withdraw 20% of fuel discount cards - not less than 100 liters by July 1. If the volume of diesel fuel to be received is less than 100 liters, farmers will be able to make full use of the fuel discount cards. From July 1 to September 1, it will be possible to withdraw an additional 20% of diesel discount cards - not less than 300 liters.
