Program for Supporting Hazelnut Production aimed to support primary hazelnut production in Georgia by subsidizing the cost of goods required for hazelnut cultivation and maintenance.
The program was implemented from 2022 to 2025.
2022–2023: As of 31 August 2023, 61,418 unique beneficiaries received points (the approximate total number of beneficiary users was 89,061), covering an area of 43,952.71 ha. The total value of allocated points amounted to GEL 21,976,355, of which GEL 20,922,693.75 had been redeemed by beneficiaries as of 31 August 2023.
2023–2024: As of 31 August 2024, 63,522 unique beneficiaries received points (the total number of beneficiary users was 94,985), covering an area of 45,213.36 ha. The total value of allocated points amounted to GEL 22,606,680, of which GEL 21,547,569 had been redeemed by beneficiaries as of 31 August 2024.
2024–2025: As of 31 August 2025, 60,715 unique beneficiaries received points (the total number of beneficiary users was 105,458), covering an area of 41,980.92 ha. The total value of allocated points amounted to GEL 20,990,460, of which GEL 19,524,190 had been redeemed by beneficiaries as of 31 August 2025.
