The event was opened by Davit Tsitlidze and USAID Agriculture Program Director Luiza Namicheishvili with a welcome speech.

The forum, held with the participation of industry associations, academic circles, experts and non-governmental organizations, was dedicated to the importance of strengthening ties between the participants of the agricultural supply chain.

Within the framework of the event, a memorandum was signed between sectoral associations and organizations of agriculture. The memorandum envisages the joint discussion and resolution of common challenges and issues related to business development of industry associations and organizations.

The event was organized by the NGO "Agroservice" and supported by the USAID agriculture program.
