As part of the agro-diesel support program for farmers, discount cards can be obtained by registering on the website my.mepa.gov.ge. The beneficiary of the program will receive agro-diesel at a discounted price at the SOCAR Georgia Petroleum gas station with an electronic card.

From May 10 of this year, the lessees of state-owned agricultural land will also be able to participate in the agro-diesel promotion program.

The program is enjoyed by individuals and legal entities owning agricultural land, who own at least 0.25 ha of agricultural land registered with the National Agency of Public Registry, except for pasture, as well as the persons who will manage the primary registration of the land plot, registration and/or specification of the lease.

The program provides for the issuance of fuel discount cards in the amount of 150 liters per 1 hectare, and not more than 15,000 liters for more than 100 hectares of agricultural land.

Diesel discount cards of any volume can be cashed at 89 gas stations of the SOCAR Georgia Petroleum throughout Georgia, as well as at its wholesale bases in Tbilisi and Samtredia.

Since the launch of the program in 2020, farmers have received more than 33,400 tons of agro-diesel discount cards;

The program is implemented on the basis of a memorandum signed between the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture and the SOCAR Georgia Petroleum, and no budget funds are spent on it.
