In case, the owner/co-owner of the land is dead and inheritance is registered till June 30, 2022 the scores shall be accrued to the heir of the land.
In case of registration of inheritance after June 30, 2022, inheritance certificate should be submitted to the Agency by the co-owner / heir of the land; each case will be examined individually.

If the owner/co-owner of the plot of land is not a citizen of Georgia, he can not get an agro card.
