Those wishing to participate in programs/projects must submit applications only in Georgian.
Beneficiary selection criteria
- The potential beneficiary of the program must have real estate registered into ownership in the pilot region envisaged by the program in LEPL - National Agency of Public Registry and / or should lease real estate from the state / municipality (the remaining lease period when applying for the program must be at least 5 years) for which the loan amount will be invested.
- Lending by a commercial bank is allowed at both fixed and variable (floating) interest rates, which should amount the refinancing rate fixed by the National Bank of Georgia plus not more than 5% by the date of loan approval.
- Maximum the first 24-month interest rate of the loan taken under the project will be fully financed from the total financing amount intended for the beneficiary, but not more than 30% of the loan amount, no later than within the subsequent 26 months after the loan or its first tranche is issued.
- Project implementation by a potential beneficiary should be planned in the region covered by the program, where it is registered and operates.
- The beneficiary must meet the following criteria: in the case of a legal entity - the turnover during the last calendar year should not exceed GEL 20,000,000, and in the case of an individual entrepreneur - the turnover during the last calendar year should not exceed GEL 100,000.
