Monitoring

1. In order to confirm the fulfillment of the obligations under  the agreement, the beneficiary is obliged to submit an expert/audit report of the person register in the "accounting, reporting and audit super vision service" of the state sub-agency institution included in the system of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia (who has category I, II, or III) or to the "Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau" conclusion.

2. The Agency is authorized, at any time, at its own discretion, to conduct field and documentary monitoring.
