List of documents to be submitted

To receive co-financing / reimbursement under the Program, a potential beneficiary must submit the following documentation to the Agency:

1. Application;

2. A copy of the ID card of the authorized person and / or a document certifying the authority of representation;

3. Extract from the Register of Entrepreneurs and Non-entrepreneurial (Noncommercial) Legal Entities;

4. Notarized minutes of the general meeting of a cooperative  containing the consent to participate in the Program and to fulfill the obligations under the Program and the agreement;

5. Invoice (s) and / or contract for the service / goods to be purchased in Georgian or a notarized translation, which must include the following information:

• Details of the parties;

• Delivery time;

• Value in national currency

6. Expert / audit report on the compliance of the investment value of the submitted project with the market prices, the total capacity of the refrigerator (s) to be financed (according to the chambers) and the existence of a berry orchard (s) on the land (s) owned by the potential beneficiary and / or his/her shareholders issued by the LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau or/and the entities accredited by the LEPL Unified National Body of Accreditation - Accreditation Center or/and the entity enrolled in the Registry produced by the Accounting, Reporting and Audit Supervision Service – the state lower institution within the system of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia; this report must be accompanied by the invoice of the refrigerated facility and/or the agreement and the photos confirming the existence of the orchard(s);

7. Document certifying the cooperative's ownership of the land (extract from the Public Registry), where it is planned to arrange a storage refrigerator;

8. Certificate issued by LEPL "Agricultural Scientific-Research Center" on the compatibility of the technical parameters of the refrigerator(s) to be financed and the specifics of storage of the planned crops;

9. Construction permit (in case provided by law);

10. Document confirming the beneficiary's co-payment - a certificate / extract from the financial institution on the existence of the relevant amount in the account and / or a certificate / agreement on the approval of a loan / lease of the relevant amount from the financial institution and / or a document certifying an alternative source of co-participation

Note: In case of reimbursement, submission of the document (s) provided for in this paragraph is not mandatory.
