Definition of terms

Terms used in the Program have the following meanings: 

Potential beneficiary – cooperative having agricultural status and with which it is possible to sign a co-financing agreement;

Beneficiary – cooperative having agricultural status and with which the co-financing agreement has been signed;

Application – application of potential beneficiary submitted to the Agency for co-financing;

Co-financing – monetary funds issued by the Agency to beneficiary within the frameworks of the program;

Agricultural machinery – agricultural tractor (with no less than 20 and no more than 100 hp capacity), tractor-mounted agricultural implement(s);

Grant financing – financing received/to be received by potential beneficiary in the scopes of program(s) of donor organizations, not sourced by the state budget of Georgia;

Co-financing agreement – Agreement signed by the Agency and beneficiary defining the obligations to be fulfilled by the parties within the program.
