Compliance criteria for potential beneficiaries

Total area of land plot or land plots owned by the agricultural cooperative or its no less than 5 shareholders should not be less than 20 ha and should be located in the same administrative unit. 

In addition, land plot can be leased from the state, municipality or Autonomous Republic of Adjara.

Remained lease/sublease term for the moment of application submitting to the Agency, should not be less than 5 years and Lease Agreement should be registered at the LEPL – National Agency of Public Registry.

In case of agricultural cooperative in high-mountain settlements:

Total area of land plot or land plots owned by the agricultural cooperative or its no less than 5 shareholders should not be less than 10 ha and should be located in the same administrative unit. 

In addition, land plot can be leased from the state, municipality or Autonomous Republic of Adjara.

Remained lease/sublease term for the moment of application submission to the Agency, should not be less than 5 years and Lease Agreement should be registered at the LEPL – National Agency of Public Registry.
