Criteria for Potential Beneficiaries

A potential beneficiary must be an adult citizen of Georgia.
The potential beneficiary should not have any tax debt to the state budget (except in cases where the payment of tax debt to the state has been postponed or the obligation to pay has been suspended by law).

During the review of applications, priority will be given to potential beneficiaries who:

• Students of vocational schools in the agricultural field or individuals who have completed vocational school in the agricultural field within the last three calendar or academic years at the time of application
• Women aged 18 to 40
