Registration

To register for the program, download the registration form, fill it out, and send it along with the required documents to the email address: document@rda.gov.ge or submit it in person at the agency (applications can be submitted in person at both the Tbilisi office and regional offices).

Required Documents

• A copy of the potential beneficiary's identification document;
• An extract from the Registry of Entrepreneurs and Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities (for those with entrepreneurial status);
• A written document from the relevant local municipal authority confirming that the potential beneficiary (individual) is a resident of the Imereti region or the Autonomous Republic of Adjara (including the address);
• A document confirming the co-financing amount—an official statement/extract from a financial institution showing the relevant amount in the account and/or a statement from the financial institution confirming the approval of a loan/lease;
• An invoice and/or contract for the purchase of goods, which must include information that the agency's co-financing share will be provided after the delivery of the goods;
• A certificate from the Revenue Service of Georgia confirming that the potential beneficiary has no tax debt to the state budget (except in cases where the payment of tax debt to the state has been postponed or the obligation to pay has been suspended by law);
• A certificate issued by a vocational school in the agricultural field confirming the active student status of the potential beneficiary in the agricultural field and/or a relevant document issued by a vocational school in the agricultural field confirming that the potential beneficiary graduated within the last three years at the time of application (if applicable);
• Bank details;
• Any other documents requested by the agency.
