State Agro Co-financing Program to Launch on 1 July

The Rural Development Agency will launch the State Agro Co-financing Program on 1 July 2026.

Designed to support the development of the agricultural sector, the new program serves as a unified support mechanism covering both primary agricultural production and the storage and processing of agricultural products.

Under the program, funding will be available for the establishment of perennial crops, greenhouse farms, livestock and poultry farms, as well as for the development of beekeeping, aquaculture, and mariculture. Farmers and agribusinesses will also be able to benefit from co-financing for agricultural processing and storage facilities, preferential agro-loans, and support for the construction or modernization of slaughterhouses intended for the slaughter of food-producing animals.

The program aims to promote the introduction of modern, efficient, and climate-adapted technologies in the agricultural sector, thereby contributing to increased production, improved product quality, and greater compliance with market requirements.

Please note that, due to the launch of the State Agro Co-financing Program, the Rural Development Agency will suspend the acceptance of applications under its existing programs and projects starting 1 July 2026.

From 1 July, the following Rural Development Agency programs will remain available to farmers and agribusinesses:

  • State Agro Co-financing Program
  • Co-financing program for harvesting agricultural machinery
  • Agroinsurance
  • State Technical Assistance Program
  • Bioproduction Promotion Program
  • Program of co-financing of energy-efficient stoves
  • The program for promoting agricultural production on irrigated land plots
