The state program for incentives for agricultural landowners was launched on May 20, 2020, within the framework of the anti-crisis plan "Caring for the Villages and Farmers". Under the program, agro-points were accrued to farmers, which could be used to buy agricultural goods in specialized shops. 259,529 farmers received agro-points. The amount of the accrued subsidy exceeds 33.3 million GEL.
