Trainings were conducted for the employees of the regional services of Rural Development Agency on the issues of improve the communication skills

For more than 200 employees of the regional services and information-consultation centers, Department of Relations with Regions of Rural Development Agency, were conducted trainings about improving communication skills. 

The goal of the trainings is to become a participant of the state programs of rural development and communication system with the potential beneficiaries more effective and flexible and improve quality of the consultation service. 

The two-day trainings included the issues of digital communication, target segment mobilization and service standards.

Should be noted, that a good communication system in the regional services and informational-consultation centers will support to involvement increase of the population living in villages, including the regions densely populated by ethnic minorities and women in the programs and projects of the Rural Development Agency. 

Training will be conducted with support of the project “development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the regions” (RSMEDP), which is implemented by Swiss contact (major implementer) Mercy Corps and Springfield Center consortium, with funding of the  Development and Cooperation Agency of Swiss (SDC). The goal of the project is to increase the results of the small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in the regions through the promoting access to finance and business support services.
