Co-financing for Arrangement of Well/Borehole/Pump System
To receive co-financing/reimbursement, you can submit a completed application form along with the accompanying documentation:
- In physical form — to the central office of the Rural Development Agency or the relevant regional office;
- Electronically — to the agency’s e-mail address: document@rda.gov.ge

Physical and legal entities will be reimbursed for the cost of installing a well/drilling (including pump station) up to 50%, but not exceeding 18,800 GEL per beneficiary, and up to 60% for agricultural cooperatives, villages near the conflict line, and high-altitude settlements, but not exceeding 22,600 GEL per beneficiary.
In order to sign an agreement between the Agency and the potential beneficiary, the potential beneficiary must submit the following documents: "What should an invoice contain?"
- Completed application form;
- Extract from the registry of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entities (for legal entities);
- Copy of the identification document: For legal entities - of the director/responsible person; For physical persons/individual entrepreneurs - of the landowner and the responsible person;
- Document proving ownership of the land plot (extract from the public registry and cadastral map); In case of lease, the lease agreement must be submitted along with the extract. (The remaining lease period must be at least 10 years, and the lease agreement must be registered with the Public Registry of the National Agency);
- Invoice and/or contract in Georgian/notarized translation into Georgian from the company that installs or sells the well/drilling/pump station;
- A conclusion from the LEPL – Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau or a report issued by persons registered in the Public Registry regarding the compliance of the orchards existing on the land specified in the application with the conditions defined by the orchard component of this program.
Except for the case when a garden has been planted on the land plot requested in the application with the Agency's co-financing within the framework of the Gardens Component and the fulfillment of the purpose has been confirmed to the Agency three months prior to the submission of the application. - Beneficiary's bank details.
The cost of constructing a well/borehole (including a pumping station) will be financed/reimbursed only after the beneficiary submits a conclusion from the LEPL – Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau or a report issued by persons registered in the Public Registry who have been granted the authority to conduct mandatory audits as a result of the quality management system monitoring carried out by the Service, which will confirm the fulfillment of the purpose of constructing the well/borehole (including the pumping station), the fact of the existence of a sufficient water debit, as well as a conclusion from the center/laboratory regarding the suitability of the water for irrigation purposes.
The cost of installing the well/drilling (including pump station) will be subsidized only after the submission of the license/permit for the extraction of minerals as prescribed by Georgian legislation.
