Terms of co-financing

Co-financing per potential beneficiary should amount no less than 30,000 GEL and not exceeding 100,000 GEL, but no more than 50% of total cost of the project submitted.

Co-financing for potential beneficiary individual entrepreneur whose age for the time of submitting the application to the Agency is: in case of men – from 18 to 35 years inclusive, and in case of women – from 18 to 40 inclusive, as well as for cooperatives with agricultural statues amounts to no less than 30 000 GEL and not exceeding 100,000 GEL, but no more than 60% of total cost of the project submitted.

Total cost of the project submitted through the application should not exceed 500,000 GEL for the time of application submission. 

The source of the co-participation of potential beneficiary within the scopes of the program may be represented through own funds received / receivable grant funding or/and loan / leasing from the financial institution.

The real estate intended for implementation of the project should be registered at the National Agency of Public Registry as the property of the beneficiary or/and he/she should have received it from state / municipal agency / Ajara Autonomous Republic by lease / superficiary right. 

Remained period for lease / superficies for the moment of submitting the application to the Agency should be no less than 10 years, and the Lease agreement should be registered at the LEPL – National Agency of Public Registry. 

Immovable property should not be the subject to encumbrance or/and mortgage (only mortgage from commercial banks registered in Georgia are allowed, only for the loans approved for participation in the present Project).

Beneficiary should not have any arrears to state budget. 

In case of request for hotel financing (including the family type hotel), arrangement of at least 5 rooms and at least 2 bathrooms should be planned for the facility to be financed.
