A presentation of the project "Modernization of the Vocational Education System in Georgian Agriculture" was held for the representatives of higher and vocational schools operating in Imereti region and journalists.

The project is implemented for the first time in the Imereti region and its goal is to promote the improvement of the quality of agricultural extension services, which implies the increase of access to information about innovative and climate-smart technologies and the introduction of digital extension services.

The event was attended by representatives of the regional services of the Rural Development Agency.

The project "Modernization of the Vocational Education System in Georgian Agriculture" is implemented with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
