Conditions for Participation in the Program

The program provides targeted financial assistance for potential beneficiaries in the form of funding to establish new greenhouse farms (including for working capital).

A greenhouse farm refers to a structural building, excluding one made with a wooden structure, which is covered with transparent or semi-transparent material and is intended for the production of vegetable crops at various times of the year, along with its associated infrastructure.

Vegetable crops must be produced within the greenhouse farm.

The program does not finance the purchase of transportation vehicles, agricultural machinery, or trailers.

It is prohibited to use the loan issued under this program for refinancing/restructuring other loans of the beneficiary.

It is prohibited for loans issued under this program to be subject to the conditions of the "Preferential Agrocredit Project," the "State Program - Produce in Georgia" conditions, and/or the "State Program - Credit Guarantee Scheme" conditions.

The program beneficiary is required to register in the registry produced within the framework of the "Farm/Farmer Registration Project."
