Those wishing to participate in programs/projects must submit applications only in Georgian.

Application Submission Process

The following commercial banks are currently involved in the program:

Other commercial banks will join the list later.

Under the program, loan applications from potential beneficiaries will be accepted at commercial banks that are partners of the agency.

Negotiations are ongoing with the banks.

After the loan is approved, the commercial bank will provide the beneficiary with written information about the approved loan parameters before the loan is issued. The beneficiary sends this information to the agency’s email: satburi@rda.gov.ge, along with the funding request application.

Application Review and Approval Process

After reviewing the written information, if the agency determines that the conditions and criteria of the approved loan comply with the program, procedure, and the agreement signed with the bank, the agency makes a positive decision and sends the information to the beneficiary and the bank.

Agreement Signing

After funding approval, the agency signs a tripartite agreement with the beneficiary and the bank.

The commercial bank is authorized to issue the approved loan only after the tripartite agreement is signed between the agency, the bank, and the beneficiary, but no later than 30 calendar days after the agreement is signed. If the financial institution is unable to provide the loan/tranche within 30 calendar days, the tripartite financing agreement between the agency, the financial institution, and the beneficiary will be terminated.

Funding Disbursement Process

The agency’s funding amount will be placed in the agency’s account at the commercial bank, which can only be used for beneficiary funding purposes.

Once the beneficiary confirms the targeted use of the loan funds and fulfillment of objectives in accordance with the program and contract conditions, and as verified by the agreement’s procedures, the beneficiary will additionally receive the remaining portion of the agency’s co-financing, up to 30% of the loan amount. The agency will transfer this amount to the beneficiary’s account, which the beneficiary can use at their discretion.
